Yes, hard reset would remove everything - but the problem is - how would you do a hard reset when the phone is not started?

I have problem that PhoneSecure v1.12 won't closed, in other word, i can't uninstall it!!

Ihave try many times and now I'm 'free'.

Try this :
Use Swither (I use v1.5), it work like when you press ctrl+alt+del on your PC (much better)

open 'Swither', Options => Show hidden tasks => now, terminate PhoneSecure :D
