can't access user profiles??

I have 9210 phone and when I click "user profiles" from the menu, I get a message saying something like "object not found". What's wrong, how can I fix this so that I can modify the user profile settings?

One of the reasons is that your tones used for the profile have been moved/deleted. You can reset (choose the tone again for) your profile to fix it.
