Nokia 8810 displays "not charging" - Service manual needed

Whenn attaching a charger to my 8810, the display states "not charging", what is wrong?

Further on, I am looking for a service.manual for the 8810, can somebody help me out with that?

"Not charging" seems to be quite common in the 8xxx series... i had that multiple times on 8250, 8310 and 8910 and a few times on 6510.
Most of the times this happens when the battery does not get 100% contact with the phone's connectors. Try taking out the battery, and re inserting it. Most likely it will charge now. If not, try cleaning the battery's contacts with something like perfume or another solvent. Do the same with the phone's connectors.
If it still dos not charge, try another charger. Nokia's chargers at least here in Thailand have a quite short life span..... this should definitely solve the problem. If that also still doesn't, then try a new, or another, battery (borrow one first before you buy).
This problem is always caused by battery, charger, or contact problems.

Some times it is a software problem...try to flash it...may be it helps..
