Problems with 3650on AT&T not unlocking

I just bought a 3650 on AT&T (florida)

I have tried 4 codes and non have worked.

can someone help? I dont want it to lock out.

Still no help? Where cna I get a cable to unlock this thing and howmuch do they cost? what all is necessary?
