buzzer problem 7110

greetings!

buzzer sound is very low even to level 5. changed the buzzer but still the same. board is clean and has not experienced any shock (dropped).

please help

Usually water damage will cause the buzzer (ring) to be quite, not quite sure what options you have there as you say you have changed the buzzer

thanks for the reply.

actually, what happend was i connected a led to the buzzer terminal --just like the one for the 82xx where the led would 'follow' the tone. much like a rhythmic backlights. unfortunately, the jumper i used (very thin shielded copper wire) was cut causing a (maybe) a short inside.

problem is, i can't trace the faulty component since all have the same reading when i compared it with a good 7110
