hi newbie need help

hi i'm a newbie of 3650
saw my friend wif alot of new software like remote control,skin editor and lots more.......but he is too stringy n do not wish to share this gd stuff......i try to download the psiloc remote control but without code can't use!so i hope ppl here will b kind enough to tell me how to unlock software n where to download free software or games.....thanks:)
