Do you guys know how big these IC's are??

00B0004A,Sharp LH28F800BG
00B00060,Sharp LH28F800BG

Are U sure??? 8megabits or 4megabyte??

These flash IC's are in my 5110's.

Wich phones have these Ic's?

Also, i have a prob with that 00B00060,Sharp LH28F800BG IC...

I keeps saying flash write error, should recieve F9... but recieved FFFFFF ... I've selected 5110 with rolis and flashed 5110 5.30A.
When I read the flash afterwards I see FF FF FF in that flash 'till adress 00200000, then I see the normal flash...

8 Mega bit

look in your flasher.cfg file, alias id=00898892 (off top of head). but it is intel 8Mb flash loader..

and how many MegaByte is that??

8 bits = 1 byte
so 8 Mega bits = 1 Mega Byte

But I still can't flash this 5110! The original soft was 5.22, and I tried to flash a 5.30 to it, but it doesn't work at all... Keep gettin' flash erase check! WHen I read the flash with Rolis, I see FF FF FF, till the adress 00200000. Very strange...

yea sorry, just saw that part of your Q..

flash erase check- try charge your battery

how come you read below 00200000? there is no such locations with your flash ic..

still there is no such location..
your flash image starts at address 0x00200000 and ends at 0x00300000

It's not 00020000 in my flash, it adress in my hex-editor.
