now after i send them to my phone how do i install em n do i have to unzip the game son my pc b4 i send em to my 3650?

yep unzip on pc then send to phone use skin editor to change skins

You got the things mixed up here m8, Smartlauncher is the program itself and with Skineditor you can actually make the skins on your phone just like Lunimax does.

Download skin editor to your phone and save them with that app.

Or

Send the skin to your phone and place the file in C:/System/Data/Lnskins
