A300 turns on when battery inserted

Can anyone help please, I've got a Samsung A300 that turns on automatically when the battery is inserted, it does this even when the PCB is out of the phone & the battery just touched onto the contacts, then if you turn it off you can't turn it on again until you remove the battery & re-insert it , any ideas please. all other functions work perfectly.

i would guess you would have liquid damage , check for any blue deposits / corrosionon the board , if there is try cleaning it og gently with a brush and an alchol solution. also look inside where ure charger goes for the same.
