5110 and ringtones

Can a 5110 progred so that it can recive ringtones. I have hurd and read that some newest 5110 can recive ringtones.
If that is true that can give someone the software.

Nope! The "Newest" 5110's are the 5110i. I have a few of them here and they do not recieve tones!

Then is it possible to change the software to 6110. I have hurded about the changing the eeprom to 6110.
