Cant unlock my T100

Ive used Paderf, Santel and all the usual ones to unlock my T100 and they all say completed ok and reboot my phone but when i put an O2 SIM in the Phone it comes up saying "Limited Services" and doesnt dial and a Vodafone SIM comes up saying "No SIM"
The phone is/was Orange to begin with
I want to unlock it to any SIM so i can sell it, am i doing anything wrong?
I previously flashed it to T108 and that was successful.

maybe hardware fault open up check it !

Had this same problem awhile ago , try flashing it back to a t100 firmware ...then use santel to unlock it (works 101%) ..then flash it back to a t108

Please, I have SanTel 1.01 cracked but T-100 is not showed in models list. How to unlock t-100 with SanTel?
