7650/3650 without Camera...

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a phone (pref Nokia) that is just as good as the 7650 or 3650 but doen't have a built in camera.... I work in a security clearance area and I'm not allowed cameras (inc camera phones) on site...

I still want all the capabilities of the 7650/3650 though... and an add-on camera... :cool:

dont think so. at the most get a 6610 or 6100 or 7210, since the camera option is a addon but its not got the feel of either symbian phones. if u want u can get hold of 7650's whose cameras dont work, at i guess half the price. thts the only option

well the only thing i can think of is the N-GAGE...
it will be out soon (4th quarter 2003)

may look alittle childish though (looks quite like a GBA)

Or the new 3100 - with camera but not integrated one. The perfect phone for you or if you want something more serious - 7210 is the ideal one for you !!!

Which phones have symbian? Do the non nokias?

I've always prefered Nokias (this is about my 12th one) had an ericsson once and sent it back because it was cr*p...

There seem to be quite a few new nokias due for release but most seem to have a camera...

most if not all symnbian phones have a camera

imodium is right the only symbian phone with out a camera to my knowledge from all manufacturers is the nokia n-gage

I have the came problem. I am currently teaching people how to sail, some of the pupils are children. We are not allowed and camera phones at all. There is two methods I use, with a bit of force you can put a 7210 cover on the 7250 and cover the camera or i just downgraded to a 5100 as it has no camera and is waterproof.

You best bet is to wait for the n-gage or get a 7210/6610/6100.
