from the nokia site...

Memory Functions

6 MB internal shared memory for contacts, text messages, multimedia messages, ringing tones, images, video clips, calendar notes, to-do list, and applications.
Memory card slot for additional user memory.

whether its c: or not its 6mb in total for the phone, which means realistically its probably got about 4 free when you get it, like the 7650 but with the card slot which every 7650 owner wants..

My friend has on MMC in 3650 60MB of free memory, but he is not able to run Opera. I have only 300kB free on 7650 and I am able to run Opera. Why? Because of free RAM! You can see free RAM in Taskmanager from Psiloc. Nokia oneself doesnt show it.
