How do i add skins to slauncher?

Anyone know? Can someone explain step by step? I dont know how to locate the skins once im in launcher mode. Anyone know? HELP!

Well,
you have to ways, first easy way, install skin editor...
by installing that freeware, it will locate the skin for you..

The second way,
just upload a skin to your phone, and place that skin in:
c:\system\data\Lnskins\
