7210 was restricted i used imei server to get restriction code which said it worked and every sim comes us sim restricted when i try codes again says restriction code cannot be undone

Try to use griffin box dongle and unlock by cable

griffin box dongle is this dongle required to have hardware to use it or just cable?as i dont have a griffin box

Unfortunately it is , it requres dongle , and if I good getting the point it is simlock still locked or when U put another simcard into device it asks U for security code? if yes try to use fbus cable and sw named "fbus" and "maestro"
