I keep getting an error message when I open a video to convert and the program closes.....Is there some kind of password I need to enter?

No, mate, that's a bug; the version of pvauthor that's 'out' is as buggy as hipcam on the nokia :D

does anybody got a version of 3.3.1 because it works brilliant and it support 3gp conversion but all i can find is the 30 day trial

It doesn't work on my PC also!
the Nokia Multimedia converter setup says it has a conflict
