Hi There :)
It is possible! Two different ways to do it: Either use the "general" profile, which does not show any name.
Or select any other from the "profiles" list, and go to "personalize", there "rename". Delete the name and put a few blanks in (if you ONLY delete it won't work!) then safe the changes.
Do what i did: I personalized one profile to "ring loudest" etc, which i blanked the name that way, and another (silent) with no tones at all, i renamed it to "." (yes, only a dot) and yet another which allows only calls from the groups "Vip" and "Friends" to ring loud, but muting the others (anti-boss mode or "weekend mode") which i renamed to "," (comma)... both the dot and the comma won't disturb the wallpaper as they are tiny, and yet still i can clearly see what is what on the profile list.
Hope i could help you out....
Best regards
Thanh

Hi my dear friend thanh,
You did told a nice way to that. Here is another one. You can use spaces for profile names. Use one space for first profile, two for second and so on. Nothing will show up on the screen. This is just when you don't even need a single dot on your screen. You can use it too.

Dear Yo!
I have known this... i did not mention it because there might be a problem: If you use only spaces, regardless how many, how do you know which profile is which when selecting them from the list? As they will all show *nothing* as 3 spaces look same as 1 or 155.........
I am not sure if you found a way to determine what profile you hav activated with that method.. with mine, if you look with eagle eyes, you can see the dot or the comma and know what profile is currently on :)
Kind regards....
your Thanh.....

I agree thanh, but actually the profiles in the list never change places. The general one comes first and after that the position of all the profiles remains same. You just have to remember the place or number which shows up on the top-right corner.
I think you are getting me...

Dear Yo....
do we have different software versions?? When i press the power button shortly (too lazy to go to the menu "profiles") it will list them in alphabetical order... with "General" being always first. I have there " " (blank), ".", ",", "private" and "small talk"... all have been renamed, and they have not been in that order before! Once i rename one of them, it takes a new place in the list.... I am not sure if all SW versions do that? But mine does....
But my phone is not from this world, he he he :)
Cheers.....

But my phone is not from this world
I know...;-)
I don't know. In my phone, when I press the power button, the first option is always "Switch Off", second "General" and all the rest the same as they appear in the profiles list. They never change places in my phone.
