Can´t send SMS on 9210!!! HELP!!!

Hi everyone,

My 9210, works 100%, but has a problems on sms...

Receive:
I can receive sms, just the sound, and nothing appears on phone screen... I go to 1- Messages menu and open it and can read it (on phone)

When I try to read under PDA he says "Note: Not Found"... and don´t let me read message at all.

Write/Send:
On phone, I press write message and actualy I can write it, but when send he says "MSG. Moved to folder A" with "!" blinking...

On PDA, when I click on Write Message, he says "Note: Not Found"...

My phone had some problems with PDA before (some errors appeard on startup) so I formatted and installed most common contents. And now works great, besides this sms problem... So I guess this is something to do with something I installed or forget to install...

Please help...!!!

PS: Oh and another "bug", I can´t store the voicemail number on phone... Why? When I try to store it, he says "Voice Mail number copied", but a second later he tell me to input it again...

Really needing help on this "wacky" phone...

My friend, it is clear that when you installed the software after formating it didn't install all the needed components (this frequently happens after formating),

You will need to reformat the PDA again, then start by installing the all application software (on the cd) and then install all application on memory card (on the cd too)

Now after you finish try to use the sms and i guess it will work fine..

I had something like this when i last formated my mobile, i couldn't access the contacts add or delete, but after i reformated it, it worked fine....

No, I tried it but no success...
But if I delete INI (Shift+Ctrl+I), the box where u write thr msg, now appear, but can´t send sms... always says "Failed"...

Oh and another thing, I can´t format Comm 100%... He don´t let me delete Mail/index, Data/Contacts.cdb and logdbu.dat.
Besides these 3 files I delete all Comm and MMC, and reinstall All_9210_Data and All_Memory_data_1510... but stills saying "Not Found" and I press "Write Message" on msg menu...

Try this.
Go to messaging -> Tools -> message storage ->
Memory -> memory in use:
and set Communicator.
I think all will be OK after that.
(I seen your problem before)

Had the same problem......
Tried almost everything from reading the manuals and checking on the internet..... no luck.
I had to take the phone in to the Nokia dealer and have the firmware reloaded...... Version 4.13.
No problems since..
