2100 & 3610 net strength mods

did any one try to edit 2100 & 3610 net strength, if yes with what program? ppm edit cannot edit 2100 and 3610 . if any one know can you pls attach at here?

Theres almost no program that provides 2100 & 3610..
but prozenlord has coded Joox's FLSEdit so that you can use it with 2100 also.. LINK:
