error at backup

when i try to back up my nokia 7650
the phone give me this error:
App. closed AppArcServerTh read USER 130
and i can't continue the back up
can someone tell me why do i get this error, and how to get rid of it??

Yes, same thing happened to me. I use the build in task switcher, and i can't found anything running in the background, just Phone.

Also, at the end of the backup process, theres a message that said "1 file cannot be backup" or something like that.

Try using Oxygen Phone Manager 2.1.3!
It works really fine with my Nokia 7650!
