what programs are using my infra red????

everytime i try to select my pc suite to my ma-620 usb infrared cable i get an error message saying it is in use with another program, what program i have searched to see what programs could possible be using it the only one is handset manager but i have removed that and the problem has persisted, can any one please help?????

I get similar problems too.... I've given up with handset manger it's too much hard work getting it to work. I just use the ma620 and win xp does the rest (right click send file via IR).

I take it you have magent installed on you phone for handset manager to work. It does work for me but usually takes a few crashes for it to work. manufacturers website is www.mobileaction.com where they help you out with the 7650.
