I recently purchased a phone off the internet and found out that it can only be activated with a new plan, but i already have a plan so i'm looking to get it "unrestriced", is this the same as gettin it unlocked? Or is there a different set of codes i need? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thk you in advance.
