3650 Problem.

I brought a 64mb MM card for my 3650 a few days back. I also brought a card reader with it.

Now when I put MP3's and other videos on it, they play fine, but when I try to install .sis or .jar files on my phone...it goes wierd.
What happens is that the I upload the app onto my card, then find it with Phone Explorer, I run the .sis file, and the install comes up. I install it fine.
But then I can't find it on the phone anywhere. Whats even more wierd is that when I got to the phone manager in tools, I can delete the app, and clearly see its there. But can't find the bastard thing...

Please can somebody help me, is there some sort of settings I should be aware of or somet.
