I am hosting a small mirror:
http://www.iamabilly.co.uk

just today i have recieved the email from MobileScope AG and Handy games saying that I am infringing their copy right laws Bla Bla...

Am wondering has anything came of this in the past and will I have to put up more mirrors to safe guard. Or are they just fully gonna forget an not do anything about it.

Cheers for any response.

Dear Sir, or Madam,

It has been brought to our attention that you are hosting a web site:
http://www.uniquephones.com/ which offers copies of Gameloft's game entitled
"Prince of Persia" for Nokia mobile phone on the following web page:
http://www.uniquephones.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=197

The making of unauthorized copies is a violation of Gameloft rights under
French laws and International Treaties.

You have participated in the violation of law, or, at best, you have been
negligent in preventing others from offering unauthorized copies of
Gameloft's game on the internet. You are potentially liable for damages that
Gameloft may suffer as a result of this violation of law. Damages could be
significant, given the wide distribution of pirate copies over the Internet.

Gameloft is disappointed that it cannot rely on you to respect its rights,
and will be considering whether further legal action is appropriate in this
case.

We hereby formally request that you immediately remove or ask to remove
Gameloft's game from the web site : http://www.uniquephones.com/ and confirm
the same by email.

This email is not a complete recitation of facts or law, and we reserve all
of Gameloft rights.

Regards,
