Blocked UK Nokia 7210

I found a nokia 7210 the other day an orange handset i managed to get a dact code to derestrict it but i think it has been blocked by orange. What do i need to do to unblock it to take a uk o2 sim

I have tried that and it wont work it is blocked

Change UEM,then rebuilt imei.
