Blinking "menu"?

Hi i saw a flashfile which menu texts are blinking. Can anyone tell me how can i do it with my 3210?

And is it possible to make this blinking "rithmyc" ? So i mean faster or slower? :) That would be nice isnt it? ;)

I checked the flasfile with ppm edit and i saw that the "language" part is different like:

\x01CHAT
\x01PICTURE EDIT
and so on, but when im do it with 3210 it wont blink...
Do i need any other modifity within the flash?

i tyed on on 3310 but \x01 doesn't work for root menu work only with txt
