Video Conversion Then to 3gp

I Have A DVD Rom And I Want To rip DVD's to VCD or mpegs so that they can be coverted to 3gp then to my fone. however when i'm using the DUP-DVD prog. it only converts the first chapter of the dvd.. how is that??? can u suggest any DVD Ripper that will convert the whole DVD to VCD or mpeg. Thanx!
