Unlock 3510i

I went go karting this weekend it was fun but i ran over my phone. Got my phone back in bit and peices minus the sim card. So i went out and got a new one. My old sim was on O2 and my new sim is on T-Mobile. Could some nice soul pls help my un lock my phone so i can use my phone?.
