In Nokia 3310, is possible put security code in MESSAGES Menu.
But, Is possible put security code to unlock keys.
If yes, how I can make this?
Thanks for any reply.
You dont ask easy questions do you?
What you need to do is download a good flash file workshop tool such as hex workshop, you then dissect the whole flash and find the part corresponding to the keylock feature.Once found, you then need to change the values on the flash to make your phone do this.
I am not a flash writer, but know this modification can be done.
If you are really lucky, you will find someone who has already done it and will post the file here or to you.
Its a good idea, but only if you lose your phone. And even then it can be reflashed, so now you ask, is it worth it on an old phone?
I think it is, purely for development purposes, but if this is your main phone, make a full backup before modifying your flash.
Will watch any responses, this could be interesting!!

Sorry, boring response from me! This function is pretty much useless apart from the challenge of doing it. It's an interesting idea, but I'd recommend a more interesting idea to try and program, since the phone can simply be reflashed as JAC pointed out.
So, if you want go ahead and try and program it, but there are many other projects that you'll find more useful if you are learning to program.

Hmmmm.... automatic keyload & PIN to unlock. About the only thing about my old brick (sagem) that I miss - it'd stop people messing around with the settings whilst I'm at the bar :D
Probably easier to change it from "menu" * to "menu" # or though - that could work just as well I think...
