Is there any way to convert *.lse files to *.mp3?

I mean... is there any way to unprotect NOKIA 5510 .lse to AAC, or directly into .mp3?

they already seem to be in mp3 with different tags.

Now as far as I know it's impossible. Unfortunately you can't unprotect the files coded by nokia radio or by NAM.
The algorithm provided by Roel Derickx permits to use an empty key to enciphering only (so you can avoid NAM) and for "really" ciphered files doesn't works :(
