very strange imei change ( help )

i'm trying to change the imei on a t100 with the samsung service box, when the box changes the imei and i reboot the phone, the phone reverts back to the default imei number, does anyone know how to cure this problem.

use samsung eeprom tool. or Vsh-Gsm Ust.

its will work in ur T100.

i have tried vsh-gsm ust with t100 cable but can't get nothing out of it, can't find the samsung eeprom tool can you provide a link to this software.
