When it asks for "Power on" plug in the charger! If that doesn't work, clean contacts on battery connector and battery also contact pads on PCB for the cable! Also bend the battery connector pins up little higher, carefully!!!;)
You also need to select 3330 from the selection box, not 3350.
This mistake will cause this error.
As Chunkhead says, check all your metallic contacts, particularly the flash cable and the pads on the PCB on your phone, sometimes have a thin layer of glue applied to them.
Remove this carefully with an alcohol cleaner if there is any found.
While your phone is working, I would recommend an overnight charge too.You can flash while charging, but its more tricky as your phone does need no activity during flashing.
But the method chunkhead suggests does work well too.
Post responses or results here for future reference.
Thanks

just a thought.
Which address were you flashing eeprom to?
If you use Rolis to flash, then you must select the correct eeprom start address for your phone in order to avoid seeing contact service.
Also, you will need to flash the original firmware to the phone. You cannot just flash any version, my tip is start low then gradually work up.Its tedious but worth it.
You can find out your software version by using Nokia tool or eeprom tools, this will give you some information, but not all!
