I have been looking and search through the forum on instruction on how to UPGRADE my firmware on my 7210 (currecnt firmware is 4.18)

I am getting REALLY confused by all these cable type, flash software, yatta yatta yata. I am going nuts.

Right now i have a Fbus/M2Bus data cable.
and my 7210.

would someone please tell me if upgrading my phone with this equipment is possible, and if so...
what software do i need to download.
