my own poor site at http://thanhwap.tripod.com please be patient... it proved popular, so that it now almost daily get's "exceeded allowed bandwidth" and is taken off for 24 hours by tripod. I have free wallpapers and ringtones, games temporarily suspended because of that bandwidth issue. Please, be patient if it doesn't open, it will automatically be back and even shows WHEN it will be back. Tripod..... i can not say sucks, after all they allow WAP access to stuff such as .mid and .jar files, but the bandwidth limit sucks definitely.
For the actual downloads to the phone you need to have WAP enabled, but the site itself is to be browsed with the computer.

The only problem of this site that u can only preview some files...
Here in Brazil is very expensive band traffic via WAP..
