8810 display contrast!...

I have a 8810. Display contrast is very low ,almost invisible... I used many programs that I used before to adjust contrast but problem goes on. I fullflashed it , and changed eeprom ic... After I changed eeprom Only once display worked normally then second time I switced on phone ,problem came back. Thanks to your help!

Sounds more like a screen problem! I'm not too sure if the 8810 has an elastomer or not, but by the souds of it, it does! Press down firmly on the nokia logo above the screen, if the screen comes back on, then you must replace the elastomer!;)

I'm sure it is not a problem of elastomer or display. I tried many of them. I'm sure it is a software problem because the programs that I use shows display contrast is zero. More help needed thanks to chunkhead anyway...
