problems with 8210-8250 upgrade

i have changed my 8210 into a 8250 with some problems but got it working. it works fine but when i try to check my inbox for messages the screen goes blank and the lights stay on also when i try to look at 4 and 8 of my pic messages it does the same thing.
i backed up the original phone and when i flash it back to a 8210 i get the same problem with the inbox.
can anyone help me please?

after flashing use eeprom toolv3.00. if still not ok, change your lcd.

the screen is fine the phone but only goes dead when i try to do those certain things. i have tried eeprom tool and nok tool both dont seem to fix it. does anybody else get any problems changing a 8210 in to a 8250?

did you already try changing the lcd??????????? i have the problem before and i changed the lcd and thats okkkkkkkkkkkk
