Can someone tell me how and what software to use in order to add / modify games in Nokia 3310 / 8210 /8250 ???

Meaning, can i add 8310 games in 3310 / 8250???

It's not possible to copy 'n paste the hex-code from here to there. Cause:
1. The flash of 8310 is encrypted
2. you must be a guru to do that!
