how can i change some 'tick' animations to something else?
for example: i want to change the unlock successful tick in my 331x to something like 'reversed lock that goes down..'
i have edited the bitmaps but the only problem is how to put these bitmaps into the animated pix table. that's my main question.

you're missing the point. ppm edit is for editing the bitmaps and other stuff. for changing the aminations is "fls edit".
the point is how can i add new bitmaps in the animation table?

Hmmm..
'Ticks'
I think U refer to the animation id numbers as in the last bytes of each menu line of g3n0lite.
They are hidden in functions.
Those menus are compiled on the fly into ram, and used from there.
I would say not impossible, but quite a hard challenge for this moment.

yeah...
why so hard? can't we just search for a string, like the menus, and change the id?
