you can unlock using a mbus cable and a eproom tool to unlocked it

I had a 5110 that was locked to Optimus Portugal 26803 and the operator gave me codes to unlock it.
So Why do you say that 5110 can't be unlock by codes? :confused:

Is Andy115k your operator??? Only the network that your phone is locked to can give you the DCT-3 unlock code! These codes are not generated by a calc, but rather just handed out to every phone! We cannot guess them like DCT-4 phones!;)

You will need the Service provider code to get a useful output. This program can unlock ALL 4 locks.

5161un.zip [5 kb]
Another Nokia service provider lock generator for DOS (for Nokia 51xx-61xx models).
This program uses the #pw+(master code)+1# code to unlock the phone. With this software you need to have access to the eeprom... and 5110 models with sw version higher than 5.04 can't be sp unlocked with this sw.
