3510 Problem please help...

Hi there;
I have a 3510 the black and white version and for some reason everytime I turn it on now it turns on reaches the bit where you have to set the time and resets and this loops ? Any ideas on how I can fix this ? Thanks ...

....you have to state the history of the phone first. before anyone
can help you. anywhere from a bad battery, loose contacts or
a bad version.....

Thanks for the reply; the phone has never been dropped and was working fine for ages. I turned on the phone one day and this is what happened; this has been happening ever since now... PLEASE HELP
