IRC via GPRS

VERY sorry if i`m asking something that is already answered on this forum, but i did search it for about an 1.5 hrs.

I need to know how to connect to IRC server using 3510i. it has no symbian OS, but still, what software can i use from the mobile ?
If i cant, is there a wap gateway so i could join IRC without any soft on my 3510i ? For example, wap88.com is a gateway for ICQ, i need the same but for IRC

The way i connect to IRC is by wapping to

http://w.alf.nu

you can only connect to a select few networks, and you cant join channels which have punctuation, such as fullstops

otherwise this irc client is quite decent
