help! 7110 contrast problem

on my phone screen contrast too low display cannot be viewed it iam used nokia tool 1.8 by rolis get contrast "not supported phone" error help me please

I'm setting up the display contrast of the phone using NokiaProfile which uses the connection settings from Logo Manager.

Press down hard on the nokia logo just above your screen! Does it come back on? I'm not too sure about the 7110, but it may have an elastomer!!!;)
