N3650 and weird ringtone problems

Please help


I have Nokia 3650. And the problem are the ringtones.
When I call myself from fixed line, the ringtones are loud, but when somebody calls me from mobile phone, the ringtones are much lower (and sometimes they are also loud, but rarely).

Recently I have changed my sim card, and my charger. Maybe is that a problem? Perhaps the battery?
I have tried formatting the phone and the card, and the same thing again.
I know how to set up the profiles and other stuff, but something is really weird.

try to select the "silent/mute" profile....then turn off the fone.

Turn on the fone and select ur fav. profile again.

i have the same problem sometimes....any sound is audible...and i use this trick...and everything goes back to normal
