hello :)
You can "install" various games and applications on that phone, but oinly JAVA ones. What exactly do you mean by "Programs"..?
There are other applications for JAVA such as a web viewer (html browser), e-mail viewer, world clock, currency converter etc beside the usual games, but nothing such as anti virus software or mp3 players. At least not yet :)
Kind regards.....

Thank you. Is it possible to be able to install a video recorder for a 7210/7250/7250i? I have heard that you are able to do this. If so then where is it possible to get it from?

Hello again :)
I myself never heared of such an application... it would not make much sense on 6610/7210 as those don't have a camera in the first place, and the 7250 and 7250i...... well, as i said, i never heared of such an app for those phones.
You can get this sort of stuff for the series-60 phones, that is, 3650 and 7650. They have the ability to run more "serious" programs as they use a Symbian operating system. Nokia series-40 (6610/7210/7250 etc) applications have very limited access to the phone's hardware, so there aren't even games or apps that can use the phone's IR port... a shame, as this would ebnable two-player-games. As far as i know, only the GPRS functions can be accessed and used by JAVA applications on those phones.
Kind regards....
