8310 cant phone out or get in, but can text in and out, tryed codes, but didnt work, now get cannot unrestrict,tryed to many times i think, phone still works with orange which it came with but need vodafone, is there anything else i can do,

"cannot undo restriction" = you entered 5 wrong codes, so now you can't unlock with codes.

you can unlock with cable, griffin box or a clip.
but because your phone is barred, i don't think you'll be able to use it in your country, so unlocking will not help you.
