when ever i open my phone i get a message that sayin sim blocked enter puk code: what that and does any one how to get one.

obviously, you have activated your pin code request. that's everytime you turn on your fone it asks for the pin code...

after entering 3 consecutive wrong pin codes... it is then now locked thus to be able to use it again you must enter the SIM's PUK code. it usually comes along with the SIMpack if the sim is prepaid but to make sure... contact your service provider and ask them about the PUK code of your SIMcard.
