7210: A way to make the phone think the headphones are in, but they aren't really?

Those with a 7210 will know that when you want to use the radio you must have the headphones in. However, I just then click the radio on to loudspeaker straight away as I hate headphones.

So in short, can I make the phone think that headphones are in so that the radio will work when in fact, they aren't?

yes, but why

headphones acts as the antenna, without it your gonna get bad quality

I have done it, just get a wire and i think its the 3rd pin from the left at the bottom of the phone and then one of the other pins on the right, its no good tough, you dont get any reception. Hope it helps

Hallo sorry to interupt
I dont think it can be done:( There is a piece of electronic in youre
headset ( as well as the datacable and so on ) that tells the phone whith accecory you have connected
and the radio simply wont work whitout the right accecory
But i hope this may help;)
