I have a myX-3. Now it's locked "simlock" with or without sim.
An error during a prom restore has locked it.
I can't access hotline menu so what can I do to unlock it?
Please, give me a tip.
Regards.
pitone
You must change field 0 ...last 2 bytes in 00....then you turn off and turn on your phone you fix problem "simlocked".....but is not finish....
FInde what you do it wrokg (becouse you can enter now in hot line menu but whit new imei)...
New imei you will get *#06#....then recalculate MMC code for entering in hot line menu!

Simlocked without SIM -> A protected field is wrong...
Did you try old unlocking software on your Phone?
Then usually field 5375 is damaged. Post it here. (Read by calbe)
Hotlinemenue is locked for this mobile...
You even do not reach it with editing field 0.
Get an eeprom Backup of another X3 from the same provider and compaire the checksum protected fields. (5375)
If you want to have the PhoneID,
You may post your IMEI and field 5709 here and lets see...

This is your PhoneID: 0C140E666948
Unfortunately this does not help you repairing the Simlocked without sim...
Some think is a smart one!
Easy is calculate ID when you hvae calc....which made some one else!
Stop saying anything!
You can must read field 0 becouse field 0 is free on any phone!
And only way is to enter in service menu by keyboard whit changing field 0!
You must change!

@Hrco:
Stop saying anything!
Sorry... No
Lets fight, who may help pitone.. Choose your arms...
@Pitone: Like i told you... Its impossible at the moment to enter Monitormode and read/write protected fields.
As the protected fields cannot be changed, they cannot be wrong...
So your Phone can be repaired..
The X3 has usually these protected fields:
16128
16129
16140
16141
16178
185
227
268
5120
5375
5798
5908
995
Find someone else with X3 and compaire these fields.
I bet your field 5375 is not OK :-)
Post it here and we will see...

these are two backup.
mine and other phone.
You must explain proceduer how you get simlocked, and other thing is you must can change fiedl 0 becouse you can read field 5709!
In this case if you can read field 5709 in all other cases can change field 0!
No "C" change imei , option "5" and edit field 0!

change field 0 doesn't work. it is readble but not writeble.
if i try option C, using phoneid said by habibi, what can i do? can i brake something else?
thanks
becouse all other field is protected!
But if you can change whit option "C" then you can change whit option 5 too!
But you can try whit option "C" but when drsagem ask you ("do you whan to correct all other checksume" ) then say "N" linke no!
Maybe will work!

Nothing to do. Field 0 is not writeble and changeble with this method.
I have tried option C but it's the same.
i think must be a way to do this....
it is JTAG box for sagem, sometihing like factory sw, becouse you can fill empty boards whit this sw, it have some test point like martech sw for siemens!
But this box cost about 1000eur!
And can repair all sagem which have on market!
So if you itnrested buy!
Or maybe you have somebody in factory of sagem!
P.S.
Keep trying to finde way.....and if you finde poste result!

you could try using sagem service software. This will allow you to repair field 0 by using a slightly different imei, just change the last few digits of you imei to 00 and click repair. then turn your phone off and back on and it should then let you enter the hotline menu. dont forget to change your imei back to its original though.

sagem service 2.5 don't recognise my phone: "unknown".
so no one button is clickable.
probably it's out of date for new phone myx series
is this the version that you mean?

no not that sagem service software, you can get this one from the following link.
http://www.maisondugsm.com/logiciel/info.php/soft/42/xd/
This should enable you to change your imei.
I have seen sagem service v3 on google that may help
