how to unlock my 6210e

i have a 6210e and ive tried unlocking it the same way i did my mates 6310i but it wont do it.i did my mates 6310i using the free dct-4 calculator.
do i need to do my 6210e using a different method?
sorry if this is a basic question but i have searched but not found an answer to my problems..

after a bit more help ive tried unlocking it with my data cable but whatever i use its not recognising my data cable/phone.the data cable works coz i tried it with logomanager and its fine but everytime i use say..the eeprom proggy it cant detect the phone.

any help would be appreciated
