Phone Expenses

Hi!

There is someone who knows applications tracking or monitoring phone expenses such as phone callo or messaging??? Default application doesn't work with my GSM operator.

I'm searching for an application that, given expenses such euro per minute, reply cost and special offer (if someone knows, Vodafone "You&Me"), gives me information during and after call of current expense!
